My Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in client-centred, strength-based, Indigenous-based and solution-focused perspectives. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.
My goal is to empower clients to heal, grow, and thrive by building on their individual strengths while providing the tools, guidance, and support needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Creating a culturally safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment is at the heart of my practice, where every person feels respected, valued, and free to be themselves.
My Mission
To provide compassionate, culturally informed counselling, therapy, consulting, and education that empowers individuals, communities, and organizations to build resilience, foster well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change.
